rain

well it all looked soooo promising when I looked out the window this morning. I even contemplated short shorts. but then it decided to rain heavily - all day. I like rain, but this was thundery-heavy-fill-up-your-wellies rain, so we stayed in.

c'mon universe - it's june now, y'know, a SUMMER month? some summer weather would be good...god knows we north-east folk deserve it...
