Exhaustion

After his first triathlon my eldest was exhausted! With Castle Howard in the background it was a beautiful day in spectacular grounds.
He'd swam in the lake and biked then run in the grounds. He did really well and enjoyed himself.
I like this photo as it captures him just after the finish line while he was still out of breath.
Makes a Mum burst with pride.
