I have a heavy cold and feel really yuck (yes, that's a medical term)

Please send tea and sympathy asap (you need to send the tea and sympathy to Mr B, not me, as I am a real grumpy-bum when I am unwell because I HATE feeling unwell and he puts up with me with no complaint!)
