Chocolatiering Day 1

today... i actually got to work in the kitchen at Lick the spoon.
after 8 months of being a packer, and the odd helping out in the kitchen.. today ...i got to play with chocolate!
Di needed a cake making , and i thought YEAH i can do that!
NEVER before have i used such huge amounts of ingredients or made the mix up in a bucket size bowl!
the pic is of the resulting cake.. it was HUGE...
