The Velo has arrived to Antwerp!

Since today you can get around in Antwero on a velo (un velo = a bike). For very little money (the first 30 mins are free) you can get around Antwerp as most locals do: on a bike! The Velo scheme is similar to the bike scheme you find in Paris or London.

This is a velo-station very close to our home (opposite the school I teach). When we have visitors we know where to go to get them a bike! There are ample stations where you can leave or pick up a bike.
