Heron in town

I saw this heron sitting there when I was driving in my car. I actually stopped, parked the car with the warning-lights on and walked to the bird.
I think I might have seen ~kdoes taking a picture also, but I didn't want to call her to make sure it was her and I was looking into the sun, so maybe there is someone else walking through town with a camera on standby :)
