NO LAMB SHANKS

Was thinking of the food challenge since my wife mentioned it and had the great idea of a blip of my famous (at least my daughter likes them) Lamb Shanks.
Horror upon Horror or local butcher only had one.
So ended up with this instead.

Fillet Steak with sage and thyme butter on a bed of braised leeks, broccoli floret's, Chantenay carrots, Panchetta toasted Mushroom & Thick chips. And as i didn't want it to get too cold its slightly out of focus.
