Escape

Today was challenging for me.

I'm trying to face up to my Achilles' heel but I'm finding it very difficult.

I thought if I could go for a walk, get some fresh air, sit in this park, talk about it, then it might get better.

It didn't.

Still, what doesn't kill us makes us stronger, allegedly. So I'll just hang on to that for now.
