The horror

After the lurgy of the past few days the last thing I needed was to stand by the side of a football pitch in driving rain and with temperatures that barely made it into double figures. On the plus side I did see Joe score his first competitive hat trick in a resounding victory which was great.

Then it was round to Mrs Smith's mum's house to continue the clearing out ahead of her move. Ruby was absorbed by this book which used to be one of Mrs Smith's favourites, There are some passages which are genuinely gruesome and grizzly so needless to say she loves it.
