the scare-o-meter

So, while I was out at a meeting last night, Mrs BH set up the scare-o-meter... and here it is in all its glory. I don't know exactly what it's telling me, other than we use quite a lot of electricity... our house uses roughly 1.5p per hour without us switching anything on... I don't want to know what that is per year.
