Healing

It may not look great, but my knee's improving daily and now I can bend it a little, abeit for a short time, unlike a couple of weeks ago.

Still can't put weight on it for a few weeks, but the swelling's gradually going down and I'm hoping to flex the ankle soon too. Still looks like it belongs to a small scabby elephant, but you can't have everything, and if it eventually works again I'll be well pleased.

*edit: It's #1 son's birthday today. I hadn't forgotten, it's just that he's working away. I'm sure we'll celebrate when he returns. Happy birthday Leon!
