Ah, Sunday.

No. Rainday.

Driven off the allotment by rain I now have plenty of time to soliloquise about the balance of fortune.

When I am at work, the sun shines.

Another lesson learned. NEVER use a strimmer with short sleeves on. It really hurts when a bramble hits you in the forearm at mach 2.

Also, a sun hat makes quite a good rain-hat for a while.

The worst of it is, you know the rain will be perking up the weeds as well as the crops!
