At the Terschelling dyke

There is a cycle track at the seaside (outside) of the dyke witch stretches from west to east (or from east to west depending to which side you are looking).
I love to sit at the basalt stones down at the dyke. Cyclists passing by above me and the birds are at the sand (or water, depending on the tide) looking for food.

On the dyke I saw this oystercatcher, making a lot of noise.

Looking to the seaside I saw this view....

Was difficult to choose.
