Dancing in the Rain

I wrote a short story last year called "Rain Dance", inspired by some piano music I had been listening to at the time. It's about a girl called Rosa who lives in a kingdom where it never stops raining, who because of the rain is always miserable.

The quotation, "Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass ... it's about learning to dance in the rain" often attributed to Vivian Greene, sums up my story pretty well. It's also very true.

This picture reminded me of my story because it's a rose (like Rosa) in the rain.
