Secret Sandcastle...

Our Northumbrian friends stayed up for the weekend after yesterdays roller derby bout. We're had a great time with some catching up, trivial pursuit, nintendo and we rounded the visit off with a wee trip to the secret beach and a quick barby lunch.

The second secret beach also had the unexpected by product of giving us a some great ship spots. There was a huge tanker parked just past the bridge dropping off it's cargo. A massive container ship thing came under the bridges as we passed, there was a big cruise ship parked at the docks and there was even an aircraft carrier going up to the dockyards assisted by a couple of tugs. A fairly busy shipping lane.
