OK the Castle is pretty spectacular but lots of us have a soft sport for this flour mill, which really means that we popped over to ASDA this afternoon for food shopping.

Today has been a repeat of Saturday. Long lie, late breakfast, stroll on the beach, food shopping and home.

No highlights other than Mr Blogs is struggling to get my laptop working. It is refusing to back up even with a new hardrive just when we're off on a secret mission to London this week - pah!.

Anyone got any ideas?
