Not content with his many visits to the hospital last year hubby obviously wanted to keep his frequent flyer miles up.

An out of balance incident with a kick and a punch bag meant he ended up landing on his elbow with his full weight yesterday and has subsequently fractured his elbow.

A trip to the orthopaedic outpatients booked for tomorrow and not able to drive - at the moment its just looking like a sling rather than a plaster job.

Fingers crossed it heals quickly.
