Quiche a la Lewisham

Hasn't the weather been S**T today? What was that about a drought?

Today we did it...yes we did ...we bought footwear for C without very much swearing involved in the making of the purchase unlike last week.

C has been in a baking frenzy all weekend. Yesterday the oven was tasked with 2 loaves of bread, Lasagne and an Apple and Nectarine Tarte Tatin and today we have Quiche with Blue Cheese and Broccoli.

This is perfect timing before we go on holiday of course as we will be able to show off our pastry bellies by the pool....although with a bit of luck we'll be the only people at the pool.
