Thistle Do

Great weekend despite the miserable weather yesterday. woke up to brilliant blue skies so off for a cycle in th emorning followed by a trip to a well known DIY retailer in the afternoon and then yet another bbq and toasted marshmallows done on the new chininea. Weather now starting to turn but that's ok.

Along with gorse, thistles are one of my favourite flowers. Love the deep richness of the colours. So glad to have them in the garden.
