Up the Maspie Glen, Falkland

A trip to Falkland ticks many boxes.

It's a short 30 mins drive from Perth.
There are loads of walks on the Falkland Estate, plus West and East Lomond Hills if you feel energetic enough. (Not this time)
Falkland is a quaint little place with a large craft shop to nosey around.
There is a brilliant coffee/cake/soup stop at the Pillars of Hercules, with the option of sitting in the Strawberry Field (at the tables and chairs) if the weather is good or the dog is too smelly to leave in car!!

We have been there a few times but today took a different walk through the estate, up to the Waterfall at Maspie Glen. There is actually a path at the back of it, so it's quite dark to take a picture without a tripod.

Maybe better not going large this time!
