Lake Tarawera

This was the sunrise from the bottom of the yard of my friends family home at Lake Tarawera. It is not far from Rotorua (about a 30 minute drive) We have had mixed weather but it was just beautiful staying there. Now back in Auckland and shocked to hear of more earthquakes in Christchurch. My flight is cancelled due to the ash cloud from Chile. Maybe back home on Wednesday now.

Hope you are all well and particular thoughts to Christchurch. If any of my kiwi blipmates knows what this fungi is I would be really grateful if you could let me know.
