Cottage Rose 1

I have a fair number of roses in the cottage garden in Arran: more of that at later dates.

This is my favourite. It is called Handel and is so lovely from bud to overblown fading bloom. It is great to pause in the battle of the weed, simply to enjoy the beauty of this rose. And the sun is shining!
