Natural striations
So, the weekend ends here.
One downside of being self-employed is that sometimes it isn't possible to join in the holiday time that nine-to-fivers have. So today, despite its being Easter Monday, has been devoted to design work which has been just a bit neglected and put on too many long fingers recently.
Despite a reasonably hectic weekend social schedule, I managed to struggle out of bed before 9.00 am, and it's been work, work, work since then apart from occasional coffee and food breaks. Things have gone well. Hopefully the client will agree.
Today's blip is just a close-up of a stalk (if that's the appropriate term) of one of the phormium plants in my front garden. The weather was dull for the most part today, but I managed to nip outside to catch this during the sunny spell which finished off daylight hours. Other weekend blips begin here.
