NYC Postcard#2

Second day:
This was the day we had chosen to be "The Father and Sons Day", to enable us three to be together a full day and do just what we want! It´s rare to have such a day together nowadays when all of us have our own living and life! A and N went to see The Bronx, and my sister and her son had a day just moving around according to their instant choices!

On the sampled pic you find traces of our day together. After having some refreshments in Greenwich village we found a fantastic record store at Bleecker Street where P found some rare vinyls of early funk music, which he raved about! Moving across West Village heading for the High Line we ran into a little wonderful Swedish "Smörgås Café" which we of course had to stop at. We got a table from the Swedish female (blonde :-) chef , and also had a chat with a nice talkative old gentleman, eating Swedish "sill" (herring), about the history of NY. The Highline was an old abandoned railroad artifact that has been "upcycled" and provided with lawns and recreation walks!

You can also see P putting on a "Mafioso face" with his dollars!
