Was this ever a problem?

Has anyone genuinely sat down in the bathroom, looked around and thought; "That paper needs jazzing up."

Am i the only person in this country deciding between food and paying the gas bill and there's fucking "special" toilet paper in the supermarket.

This wouldn't have happened in the thirties...
