Pied-Billed Grebe

I purchased my new(ish) camera to learn to shoot my carvings for online sales. It's an interesting process -- looking for consistent lighting. I discovered, today, that I've great light for photographing my work in my classroom. Ironically it was through these giant north and east facing windows that I spotted my first pied-billed grebe.

I move from this classroom the day after tomorrow for one year as they renovate my school. I've found the light I like. Now I've got to find it elsewhere.
