Moon Rise

At the end of sons cricket match, we noticed an opportunity for a blip - we took several photos with the moon in different places by moving forwards and backwards. We liked the sheep on the skyline silhouetted against the moon.

Only had the portrait lens on the camera, the telephoto would have been better. I cropped the photo, the 'hill' on the left hand side is actually an old quarry spoil heap dome which made another interesting photo with the moon sat on top. Hard to get used to choosing ONE photo.

Missed blipping yesterday, as I was very wet running a leg of the Bradford Millenium Way Relay, and taking a photo was the last thing on my mind!
