Kendo graduation

Today the camp included the graduation examinations and here two juniors are showing their skills for the kyu grading panel.

As explained yesterday the camp also have some function at the Finnish Kendo Associations instructor education system, so here the grading panel also consist of 1st kyu to 2nd dan members qualifying to the 1st class instructor diploma. The person at the right is one of the highest rank dan members in Finland watching over the situation.

The work with the junior group is a bit more of a handful than the adult groups as you have to make sure all the kids are also ok outside the practice hours, taking shower, drinking, eating etc. So during the graduation our instructor group had some freetime, phew..
