TAKE A SEAT.

An absolutely lovely day here in Yorkshire and yet theres nobody who wants to sit themselves down in the gardens. This area is fenced all around so its quite quiet & peaceful, theres no breeze to disturb the enjoyment but still the old dears in the development don't come down, perhaps I should start serving Pimms in an afternoon! Free booze always gets them going.
