Dilemma.

Could anyone please enlighten me on the formal/polite way of telling the vet that the cat licks his tadger a lot and has now begun to routinely piss on us at 5.30am as we lie in our bed?
Also could anyone suggest an after shave that neatralises the smell of ammonia?
