Cruck Barn

The (much reduced) walking group, Mike, Ian and me, assembled at The Craven Arms in Appletreewick for a splendidly sunny walk up to Grimwith Reservoir and return via Skyreholme. Some 'off-piste' treking was required.

Lots of wildlife was on view including red shanks, curlews. lapwings. sandpipers and tree pipets.

The Cruck Barn is attached to the pub and is used as their restaurant.

Rockets and smoke bombs featured in the day's fun.
