bee friends

it was a total bee-fest at the neighbors flower bed this morning... bzzzzz... everywhere. i can't say i'm a fan of bees - they sort of scare me - but if i can manage to get a good shot - yay! problem is they're fast... really fast... so it's a challenge...

but these 2 were burrowed into a just beginning to open poppy... so cute... and they made me think of friends... and friendship - how important it is to have friends in our lives... to lean on... to count on... to be there for us in good times... in bad times... whenever... no matter what...

like today... i have a friend who is going to be with me in just a very short while during the procedure for my headaches... yup, today's the day - those nerve puppies are being burned. can't say i'm a hundred percent excited - a bit nervous but hopeful all the same at the possibilities it will bring... and really jazzed that i have a friend who's going to be there for me... boo! so critical on a day like today. so i'll have to catch up on commenting later if i'm up to it...

i pray you all have friends like that... always and forever - and/or that blip has brought some friends into your life - it has for me, too... and i'm grateful... for it certainly all helps to make it a
