When life throws you lemons?

Cut it, slice it and stuff it into a bottle of Corona. We bought this Meyer lemon tree 3 years ago. The first year we had a great harvest of lemons. The second year loads of blossoms but no lemons, probably because we moved house, apparently they don't cope well with change. This year we have loads and loads of lemon blossoms and the smell is amazing, so fingers crossed. So just watch this space you may see me late summer sitting in the back yard with a cold one and a big wedge of lemon stuffed in it (I know to be politically correct it should be lime, but when you grow your own, who cares).
