Eek!

It was the second session of my meditation course this morning.

There were thirteen of us today, so two more than last week's session.

So far, so good. It's quite interesting.

We meet up in a room at a local medical centre and there's a full-size skeleton in there with us. One girl, Rachel, was pointing out to me how many different bones she'd already broken! She's been in a bad car accident, apparently. Ouch :-/
