this is one of two Garrett TPE331 turbo prop engines developing 1,650 shp (1,232 kW) and power the Eastern Airlines Jetstream that took me from Newcastle to Cardiff and back today.

I went to Cardiff to pick up some highway design work for our Brisbane office. I used to live in Australia, so the site photos made me homesick!

I am now back safe and well to my loving family, perfect end to the day!
