Edinburgh old and new

Another Edinburgh skyline snap. I like the fact this has the skyline I remember from when I first moved to Edinburgh, including the dome on Old College on the left hand side, plus a new vista slap bang in the middle of the new council HQ (currently also doubling as Lothian & Borders police HQ in the BBC's Case Histories). I've been in Edinburgh for nearly half my life and sometimes wonder if I'm narrowing my horizons by staying here. But leaving aside the aesthetic qualities of some of Edinburgh's new buildings, it's nice to have a reminder that places change over time as well as people.
