Ravishing red!

Peonies are one of my favourite flowers. They are just now starting to open. It's been cold or, at least, cool lately but warmer weather is coming this week. This is a single-stem style peony rather than the pom-pom style where they come in bunches. I like them both and they smell heavenly.
