What is This?

Got a few blips just before the rains put a stop to my "event" out front:) Had the car in today and lunch with my ride! Got my overall work evaluation today --no great shakes there...still employed and kicking....er ... driving.

Sympathies going out again to the CC New Zealand blippers and friends and families struggling with so much chaos and damages from the most recent huge quakes and aftershocks.
