Check out the "a year ago" box on today's Blip.

That's right - we've been out of the UK for a whole year. On the 14th June 2010 we flew to New York and started this massive adventure.

I can't quite believe how quickly the time has gone.

And in around 3 months time we'll be back in the UK, and the whole thing will be a distant memory. Better enjoy it while I still can.

Unlike a year ago, which was a very warm day in both Aberdeen, London and New York, today, in Vancouver at least, was cold and rainy. Plus I had a small hangover. So here I am taking a photo in our lift, or elevator as they say over here. Man, I won't miss some of these daft Canadian words.
