Iced Coffee
I've been "cold-brewing" coffee recently, which isn't so much "cold-brewing" as it is "room temperature seeping" or "not hot brewing". It merely involves letting coffee grinds seep in water for awhile and then filtering out the grinds. The result is a less acidic, smoother iced coffee. A nice antidote for a hot summer day.
