Take one can of beans :
1) Open the can
2) Cook and eat the contents for your tea
3) Wash the can and lid
4) Photograph the wet lid for your Blip, because you couldn't be arsed lacked creative inspiration earlier in the day
5) Put the lid and the can in the Green Bin
