A new baby visitor

Another typical day today, rain in the morning, sunshine and warmth in the afternoon, then cloud just in time to go home from work. The only nice thing to happen was that I had a new visitor in the garden, a baby goldfinch, what a little cutie he was. My resident male great tit did show his face a couple of times but did not hang around. Dont seem to be much activity in the garden at the mo, well the times I am able to sit and watch. Hopefully if the weather holds off on the weekend I will be able to spend sometime there nursing my hangover from the Cardiff beer festival we are going to on Friday.
