Neptune rising..

... well, Neptune would have been rising, if the blokes in hard hats had got on with it a bit quicker.

Neptune is a statue that has been missing from Durham market place for a while now while the council get on with "improving" the space. Today, he was due to be winched up onto his pedestal.
I was hoping to get a shot of him in mid air.
The men faffed about for ages, maybe they didn't want to drop him, or something.

I had to leave before the dramatic moment.
