Whose idea was this?

Back to work today and home afterwards to commence work on a woodshed. The pallets will be used as a cheap way to build the shed and I like the idea of recycling the wood as well as building my shed for next to nothing. I've been 'tasked' with doing this before I leave for the Netherlands on my cycling trip in early July. Sorry, must go.......
