Jasmine Flowering Tea

I love Jasmine Tea and this is my favourite way of drinking it.
Young tea buds are tied together by hand around a pink amaranth flower and delicately scented by sweet jasmine, and come dried and in little balls.
Drop them into boiling water leave them for 5 minutes and they expand into their former glory giving off a wonderful aromatic smell and tasting divine.
In Bakewell there are about 25 places where you can get a cup of tea, but not one that does tea like this. Shame.
