Sky line

Interesting sky in places tonight. Some of the clouds look like smoke and some are that low that they are making buildings look like there alight. My dad told me to keep an eye out for the lunar eclipse last night - I can always rely on him to remind me when something interesting is happening in the night sky, but as per usual, it was too cloudy to see it. Brings back memories of when i was on holiday getting excited at the prospect of looking through a big telescope for the first time, only to find out that the public viewing event was to happen the weekend I was leaving... never mind....
