Unprepared!

Dark day in Villa's history today as Aston Villa announce the appointment of our new manager as Alex Mcleish. The ex manager of most fiercest rivals.

I think this shows us that the chairman has accepted mid table mediocrity at best. It doesn't bother me that he was Small Heaths manager (except that will fuel the fire with our hooligan element when things inevitably turn nasty). What bothers me, is that he is crap! 3.5 seasons in the Premier League and got his team relegated twice. It's absolute madness, I just cannot see anything on his CV that should of made him a candidate for the job! The board has turned the fans against them, with the protests at Villa park about it and I fully expect season ticket sales to be at there all time lowest now. If he starts off with a few bad results things are going to get really ugly down there!
