Not so neglected...?

Earlier this week a plan had formed with regard to this bike; I had imagined that I would pop by every Friday and capture its slow and steady decline at the hands of the Edinburgh weather and flora. I even checked in on it on Wednesday and the weed featured in the last two weeks was coming on nicely.
