Had a lovely tea tonight cooked by John - chicken in a spanish sauce with baked sweet potato. It was really nice.

Spent the rest of the night catching up on a bit of ironing and just finished watching The Apprentice. So glad it's back. Full of the usual bunch of arrogant twats, but still makes good viewing.
