Siberian Pine

We obtained this young Siberian Pine Pinus sibirica a few years ago, when it still seemed there was plenty of room in our garden for growing new trees.

In fact, the sense of 'free space' was somewhat illusory, and the plant now lives happily in a pot on our patio.
